The business of business is business", said Milton Friedman but the corporate world of the 21st Century has come to realize that it cannot alone be the case anymore. Social Responsibility has become an intrinsic part of the corporate activity. Realizing its significance, students at IIFT has taken initiative to include “Koshish”, the Social Awareness Club as a part of its club activities and become responsible citizens.

“Koshish” is an endeavor to make the world around us a better place. As a part of our annual fest,QUO VADIS 2009, Koshish Club, launches, Tapas-Live case study of Vigyan Vijay Foundation. Please find attached the details of the event.

 
  1.A team can have maximum of 2 members. In case of two participants, both must    be students of the same Institute/Organization.
2.An individual cannot be a member of more than one team.
3.The case analysis should not exceed 2500 words including a maximum of 500    words executive summary.
4.The solution for Phase 1 should be in .doc or .pdf format only, with font Times New   Roman, font size 12 and line spacing 1.5.
5.The sent file should be saved as Tapas_TeamName_InstituteName
   The cover page is required to have the following:
• Team Name
• Name(s) of the team member(s)
• Name of business school the team belongs to
• Email ID of the team member(s)
• Phone number of the team member(s)
6.The name(s) of the team member(s) or their institute/organization should not    appear anywhere in the body of the analysis/solution.
7.The entries that are selected in the phase
   I shall be reimbursed sleeper class train fare of the shortest distance from their   place to Delhi.
8.The submitted papers will be the exclusive property of Club Koshish and Vigyan    Vijay Foundation, and they reserve the right to use the papers in any form.
9.The decisions of the organizers of the contest and the panel of judges will be final    and binding on all the participants.
10.Participants are required to send a soft copy of the solution to: tapas09.iift@gmail.com
